Intersel was established in 1999 when two restless persons, a businessman and a producer, with common feature their love for extra virgin olive-oil decided to change their amateur engagement to an organized net of production and trade.

From the famous olive-yards of Creta and especially in Keramoutsi of Malevizi, with the proper microclimate, which favours the development of olive, INTERSEL has organized its own net of collection and processing, with excellent technological equipment , which truly follows the traditional olive-oil extraction methods.
